Setting up your Daybook
Start with your email. Daybook sends you a link to sign in, then asks about your places one question at a time. Have your phone to hand, and the app or website for each site you let through.
Step by step
You can skip most questions and come back to them in Settings. Everything you add can be changed later.
Sign in with your email
Type your email and tap Email me a link. Open the email on the same phone and tap the link. There is no password. The link lasts 15 minutes.
Your name and your place
What Daybook should call you, then the name of your place. The name is only for your board, so call it what you call it.
Who cleans it
Whether you or your agency arranges the cleaning, your cleaner's name, and whether you message them on WhatsApp, by text, or copy the message yourself. You can add your cleaner later.
The fees guests pay
The cleaning fee, any pet fee, and what each site takes. Daybook takes these off before it says what a night earned, so the figures are true. Each one starts at a typical value you can change.
Your calendars
Paste the calendar link for each site the place is on: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or your agency's system. One link is enough to start. The full walk-through
